Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef,
1/2 cup plain dried bread crumbs,
2 green onions, minced.
1 small carrot, shredded.
1 large egg white,
1 tablespoon ketchup,
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon black pepper,
4 kaiser rolls, split.

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the kaiser rolls. Shape the mixture into 4 patties using BurgerMate.

2. Spray a large, nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add the patties and pan-fry, turning once, until nicely browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, place the rolls on individual plates; top each with a burger. Serve with your favorite condiments.
