Turkish Lamb Burgers Submitted By: Ali

Ingredients:

600g Lamb Mince,
4 green onions, sliced .
1 cup soft white bread crumbs,
150g fetta, grated.
2 garlic cloves, crushed.
2 tblsp chopped fresh mint,
1 egg,
1 medium tub Tabouli,
1 Turkish Bread Loaf cut into 4 even pieces.

Method:

1. Combine lamb mince, green onions, breadcrumbs, fetta, garlic, mint and egg, and mix until well combined. Shape into patties using BurgerMate.

2. Cook patties, on a heated grill or in a non stick pan, on a medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until patties are cooked through and browned.

3. Slice Turkish bread in half horizontally and grill or toast until lightly browned. Place patties on rolls with tabouli and other salad. Serve hot.
