Ingredients: 1 cup cooked, minced tuna meat. 1/2 cup powdered coconut, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp ginger paste, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 egg, beaten. Salt as per taste, Oil for shallow frying. Directions: Mix all the ingredients, form mixture into patties using BurgerMate. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry till golden brown on one side. Turn and let it fry till golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup and hot coffee. |
