INGREDIENTS: 500g minced beef,2 teaspoons tomato sauce,1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce,1 small (90g) brown onion, chopped finely.1 egg,hamburger buns,2 tablespoons tomato sauce, extra.cheese slices,2 small (120g) eggs,tomatoes, sliced thinly.lettuce leaves. METHOD: Using hand, combine mince, sauces, onion and egg in large bowl; shape into patties using BurgerMate. Cook patties on heated oiled griddle pan until cooked through. Spread base of hamburger bun with extra sauce; to with patties then cheese. Grill until cheese melts; top with tomato, lettuce and remaining half of roll. Best assembled just before serving. |
