Ingredients:

1 1/3 LB. Lean Ground Turkey,
½ Cup Dried Sweetened Cranberries,
½ Cup Bread Crumbs (Seasoned w 1/2 Tsp. Ginger),
¼ Cup Course Chopped Walnuts,
¼ Cup Spanish, Onion (Chopped Fine),
Salt & Pepper to Taste,
1 Tbsp. Oil,
1 Tbsp. Butter,
Lettuce,
Tomato Slices,
Mayonaise,
Large Hamburger Buns.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except butter and oil, and let sit for one hour. Form turkey burgers using BurgerMate. Meanwhile, heat oil to Medium high and fry burgers until brown, turn and continue to cook until done. (should be firm to the touch).  Spread bun with mayo, top with lettuce leaves, tomato, and burger.
