Ingredients:

1 1/4 pounds ground beef chuck,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped.
2 tablespoons bottled salsa,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon chili powder,
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.

Directions:

1. Combine onion, salsa, salt, and chili powder.

2. Mix seasonings with ground beef, just until well-blended but not overmixed, and shape into 4 patties using BurgerMate.

3. Heat 12-inch skillet over high heat until hot. Add patties and cook about 4 minutes per side for medium or until desired doneness.
