Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb Lean Ground Pork,
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs,
1/4 tsp garlic powder,
1/4 tsp pepper,
2 Tbsp chopped onions,
2 green onions, chopped.
2 Tbsp soy sauce,
2 Tbsp orange juice concentrate, thawed.
1/4 tsp ginger,
1 tsp brown sugar,
4-6 hamburger buns.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Form into patties using BurgerMate. Preheat barbecue on high. Reduce heat to medium. Barbecue 5 - 10 minutes per side (or broil approximately 3" (7.5cm) from heat for 5 - 10 minutes per side) or until no pink remains. Always cook ground pork to well done. Serve on hamburger buns with your favourite condiments. For a new taste sensation, serve on a hamburger or kaiser bun and layer sliced oranges, siced kiwi and sliced strawberries over the meat.
