Ingredients:

2 to 3 pounds 50-50 mix of ground sirloin and chuck mix,
Salt and pepper to taste,
8 slices of premium bacon,
4 slices of pepper Jack cheese,
8 tablespoons of roasted red pepper ketchup, or ketchup,
8 lettuce leaves, washed and cut into hamburger-size pieces,
1 large tomato, cut into 4 slices,
4 onion rolls, sliced in half.

Direcitons:

To make burgers, form the ground meat into patties using BurgerMate. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate while preparing toppings. Cook bacon according to package instructions.

Grill burgers on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Just before done, place 2 pieces of cheese on each burger and continue grilling for about 30 seconds, or until cheese melts. Stack 2, 3, or 4 patties on bun and top with ketchup, lettuce leaves, tomato and bacon. Serve immediately  with fries.
