Tasty Beef Stock Hamburgers Submitted By: Nick

Ingredients:

250ml (1 cup) Campbell's Real Stock-Beef,
500g lean beef mince,
1 onion, finely chopped.
1/2 cup finely grated carrot,
1 egg,
1 cup dried breadcrumbs,
1 tsp dried oregano,
4-6 hamburger buns,
4-6 slices cheese,
1-2 tomatoes, sliced.
lettuce leaves.

Method:

Place stock, mince, onion, carrot, egg, breadcrumbs and oregano in a large bowl and mix well. Form into burgers using BurgerMate. In a non-stick frying pan, or on a barbecue plate, cook burgers for 5 minutes each side to brown all the way through or until cooked to your liking. Serve in hamburger buns topped with cheese, tomato, lettuce and your favourite sauce or mayonnaise.
