Tangy Thai Turkey Burgers Submitted By: Renee

Ingredients:

1/2 bottle Gourmet Tangy Thai Sauce,
1 1/2 lb. Lean ground turkey,
1 Small onion, finely chopped.
4 Pineapple rings,
2 Eggs (or 4 egg whites),
1 cup Dry breadcrumbs,
1 tsp Salt & pepper,
4 Hamburger buns.

Directions:

Combine ground turkey with sauce, eggs, onion, and dried breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.  Form 4 patties using BurgerMate and gently place them onto a plate. Refrigerate 2 hours to firm up.  Heat grill to moderately high heat. Place turkey patties onto grill and let cook for 6 minutes per side or until juices run clear.  Serve on sliced buns with a grilled pineapple ring and sauce. Serve with desired sides.
