INGREDIENTS: 1 1 / 2 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning, 1 / 4 cup bread crumbs, 1 egg, beaten. 2 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 4 hamburger buns, 1 tomato. INSTRUCTIONS: Combine beef, seasoning mix, crumbs and egg. Mix well and form into patties with BurgerMate. Top patties with cheese. Preheat grill. Place patties on rack. Cook 10 minutes on medium-high or until internal temperature is 160ﾺF, turning once. Place on buns. Top with tomatoes. Sour cream, salsa and lettuce can also top burgers if desired. |
