Stuffed Salsa Burger |

Ingredients: 2 lbs fresh ground beef, 1 can black beans (drained), 1 can refried beans, fresh salsa (drained), Mexican blended spices, Sliced cheddar cheese (1/4 piece per patty). Directions: Form a large ball (about a 1/3 lb gound beef) into a ball and push hole in the center of the ball. Put 1/2 teaspoon of refried beans, 1/2 teaspoon of black beans, 1/2 teaspoon of fresh salsa in center of ball of beef. Close ball and insert into BurgerMate. Form into patty. Repeat until all beef is used. Shake a small amount of the Mexican spices ontop of patty. Place a small piece of cheddar cheese on top, in the middle. Grill at medium heat 7-8 minutes a side. |
