Stuffed Cheeseburgers |

Ingredients: 1 1/3 lbs Lean Ground Turkey, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper, 2 tablespoons bottled steak sauce, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided. 4 hamburger buns, toasted. Optional condiments - Onion, Tomato and Ketchup. Instructions: Prepare lightly greased grill for cooking. In medium bowl, combine ground turkey and seasonings. Divide mixture into 4 portions; form into 4 burgers using BurgerMate. Mound 2 tablespoons cheese on each of 4 burgers and push cheese inside meat. Place at center of grill. Grill, uncovered, 5 to 6 inches over medium-hot coals 5 minutes. Turn burgers and top with remaining cheese. Move to cooler edge of grill and continue grilling 10 minutes longer or until burgers are cooked through and spring back when touched. Serve on hamburger buns with condiments. |
