Spicy Tuna Burgers Submitted By: Grant

Ingredients:

1 OXO Herbs and Spices Mexican Cube,
400g can tuna in brine, well drained.
50g/2oz fresh white breadcrumbs,
4 spring onions finely chopped,
2 tbsp low fat fromage fraise,
Frylight spray oil.
Burger buns or muffins,
Shredded lettuce,
Onion rings,
Sliced tomato and cucumber,
Salad leaves.

Directions:

Put the tuna into a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, spring onions and crumble in the OXO Mexican seasoning cube. Add the fromage fraise and mix everything together Season if needed. The mixture can be chilled at this stage. Shape into patties using BurgerMate. To cook the burgers, heat the grill, place a piece of foil on the rack and spray a few times with Frylight. Transfer the burgers to the grill-pan and spray each a few times with Frylight Place the burgers under the grill and cook 4-5 minutes, turn over and grill a further 4-5 minutes. Serve with either toasted burger buns or muffins, salad leaves, onion rings and other salad ingredients as wished.
