Spicy Lamb Burgers |

Ingredients: 4 soft Kaisers, 4 slices red (Bermuda) onion, 4 oz sundried tomatoes, soaked and cut into julienne. 2 oz mayonnaise, 12 oz ground beef, 12 oz spicy lamb merguez sausage, 4 mint leaves, 4 coriander leaves. Method: 1. Combine sausage meat with ground beef, mold into patties using BurgerMate, grill to desired doneness. 2. Chop sundried tomatoes, mix with mayonaise and season with salt and pepper. 3. Toast Kaisers on bbq, add lamb burgers and garnish with aioli, red onions, mint and coriander leaves. |
