Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef,
1/2 cup sour cream,
2 teaspoons fine dry breadcrumbs,
salt and pepper to taste 4 burger buns.

Directions: 

Combine the beef, sour cream and bread crumbs in a large bowl and mix well.Shape the mixture into patties using BurgerMate and Broil or Grill them for around 4 minutes on each side or until the meat is cooked through.

Serve on toasted burger buns and top with some more sour cream.
