Ingredients:

1 1/4 pounds ground turkey,
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil, optional.
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning,
4 hamburger buns.

Directions:

Heat the broiler or light the charcoal grill. Let the coals get medium hot. Make the turkey burgers by placing the meat and oil in a medium-sized bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 patties using BurgerMate.  Cook the burgers in the broiler or on an oiled grill, about 5 inches from the heat, turning once, for 8 to 10 minutes until the burgers are well done but still juicy.  Serve the turkey burgers immediately on the hamburger buns and top with ketchup.
