INGREDIENTS:

1 1/3 pound ground chuck,
1 garlic clove, minced.
1 tablespoon soy sauce,
1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce,
2 teaspoons bourbon, Scotch or sherry.
2 tablespoons ketchup,
3 or 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted.
Onions, tomato, lettuce, as desired.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine the chuck, garlic, soy, sriracha, bourbon and ketchup. Form into 3 or 4 patties using BurgerMate.

Broil or grill over medium-hot coals for about 8 minutes, or until done to your liking. Because there is so much liquid in the seasonings, the patties fall apart easily, so cook on 1 side only.

Serve on buns with toppings of choice.
