INGREDIENTS:

250g minced beef,
1 teaspoon cumin,
1 tablespoon tomato paste,
1 small onion, finely chopped.
2 cloves crushed garlic,
1/2 cup KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter,
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs,
4 ciabatta rolls or burger rolls, split.
Lettuce,
Sliced tomato,
Red onion sliced,
Tomato or sweet chilli sauce.

METHOD:

COMBINE the mince with the next 6 ingredients and mix well. Divide and form into burgers using BurgerMate.

CHAR-GRILL the burgers in an oiled pan over a medium heat for 7-10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the pan and drain.

ASSEMBLE lettuce, tomato and onion rings onto the bread bases, top with the burgers and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce. Serve immediately.
