Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef,
3 hamburger buns,
3 (1-ounce) Slices of Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack Cheese,
1/4 cup salsa,
4 sprigs fresh cilantro.

Instructions:

Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.  Meanwhile, shape ground beef into 3 patties using BurgerMate.  Place patties onto grill. Grill, turning once, until cooked through (15 to 18 minutes). Top each burger with 1 slice cheese. Continue grilling until cheese is melted (1 to 2 minutes).  To serve, place 1 burger on bottom half of bun; top with 1 tablespoon salsa, 1 sprig cilantro and top half of bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
