Ingredients:

4 lbs. frozen mashed potatoes, thawed.
1 lb. red onion, diced.
8 oz. sweet red pepper, diced.
8 oz. celery, diced.
4 oz. flour.
1/4 cup garlic, pureed.
1/2 cup basil, chopped.
1/4 cup parsley, chopped.
1-1/2 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. ground pepper,
12 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded.
12 oz. crab meat,
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce,
Vegetable oil as needed.

Directions:

1. Thoroughly heat thawed mashed potatoes; whip in mixing bowl until fluffy. Combine all ingredients except oil. Mix well using electric mizer. Form into patties using BurgerMate.

2. For each order, pan fry both sides of 2 patties in oiled non-stick pan.

Serving suggestions:

Serve with sour cream, aioli or cocktail sauce.
