Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground pork,
1/2 cup Caesar Dressing,
1/2 cup crushed Croutons,
1 egg, beaten.
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion,
1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper,
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper,
4 slices Mozzarella cheese,
4 ciabatta or kaiser rolls, split in half.

Directions:

Crumble the pork into a large bowl and, using your hands, gently blend in 1/3 cup (75 mL) of the dressing, crushed croutons, egg, green onion, red pepper, salt and pepper. Form into patties using BurgerMate. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Set the patties on the grill and cook for 7 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside. Brush the burgers with some of the remaining dressing, top each patty with a slice of cheese and continue to grill, covered, until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Brush the inside of the buns with any remaining dressing, and set cut-side-down on the grill for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly marked. Serve the burgers with toppings such as sliced onions, tomatoes and leaf lettuce as well as extra Caesar Dressing.
