Ingredients:

250 gram tofu toast-gems or simply toast,
1 can pineapples,
vegan mayonnaise,
1/2 cup of vegetable oil,
salad,
2 teaspoons curry,
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
salt.

Directions: At first we add to a bowl breadcrumbs, tofu and the curry spice. We knead everything until we get a dough. Afterwards we flavor with salt and knead again. We heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Form into patties using BurgerMate. We fry the burgers on middle-heat on each site 5-7 minutes until they are ready. For a firmer consistency of the burger, let them cool down for about 10 minutes. ;-) We cut the toast-gems into two halfs and toast them on middle heat for about 3 minutes. Now we wash the salad... We open the pineapple-can and drip off the pineapple-rings.
