Ingredients: 1 1/3 lbs ground beef, 1 egg yolk, 1/4 cup grated onions, 1 large garlic clove, minced. 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, salt and pepper, 4 slices provolone cheese, 4 hamburger buns, split. Directions: Mix together the beef, egg yolk, onion, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Mix lightly, using your hands. Shape into 4 patties using BurgerMate. Grill to desired doneness. Top with cheese. Serve in hamburger buns with your favorite toppings. |
