Ingredients:

2 1/2 - pounds ground Ostrich meat,
1 - round loaf (1 1/2 pounds) French Bread,
1/4 - cup prepared Taco Sauce,
3 - tablespoons instant Minced Onion,
2 - cloves minced or pressed Garlic,
2 - teaspoons Chili Powder,
2 - teaspoons Oregano Leaves,
1 - teaspoon ground Cumin,
1 1/2 - teaspoons Salt,
8 - ounces thinly sliced Cheddar Cheese (optional),
1 - can whole Green Chilis; drained, split, seeded and flattened.
2 - sliced Tomatoes,
3 - pitted and slices Olives,
1/4 - cup Guacamole.

Directions:

Using a long, serrated knife, cut bread in half horizontally. Set bread aside. Prepare toppings and set aside. In a large bowl, combine taco sauce, onion, garlic, chili powder, and meat; mix well. Form patties with BurgerMate. Place bread halves on grill, cut side down, and heat until lightly toasted. Slide the burger onto bottom half of bread. Arrange topping on burger. Cut into serving sized wedges.
