Ingredients: 750 g Beefsteak or chopped fillet, 4 tbsp Natural Oriental Soy Sauce, ground black pepper, 1 finely chopped small onion, 1/4 cup minced coriander, 1 egg. Method: Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. Shape hamburgers with BurgerMate and bake in oven or on the grill. Serve. |
