Ingredients:

1 pound extra lean ground beef (8% fat),
Worcestershire sauce,
Salt and pepper to taste,
1 Tablesoon olive oil,
1 Tablespoon crushed garlic,
1 pound baby portobello mushrooms, cleaned and sliced.
Splash of dry cooking sherry,
3 slices of lowfat swiss cheese.

Directions:

Shape the ground meat into 3 patties using BurgerMate. Season with salt and pepper and then drizzle with worcestershire sauce. Drizzle 1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil into a non-stick skillet and brown burgers over medium heat for 2 minutes each side. Cover with a lid and turn down heat to low and cook for 5 more minutes each side. Place a slice of cheese on each burger and cover with lid and turn off heat so that cheese melts. Saute mushrooms and garlic in the remaining 1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil in a separate non-stick skillet for 5 minutes. Add a splash of sherry while cooking. Serve burgers topped with a spoonful of mushroom mixture.
