Ingredients:

1 cup Red Lentils,
1 cup Dried Breadcrumbs,
1 tbspn Extra Light Olive Oil,
420 g can Sweet Corn Kernels, well drained.
2 tspn Crushed Garlic,
1 Ultracube, vegetable.
1/2 cup Tzatziki Dip,
1 Fresh Mint, finely chopped.
 Crisp Green Salad, to serve.
500 g Lean Lamb Mince.

Cooking Method:

1. Place lentils, 11/2 cups of water and vegetable cube in saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 7 mins or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and cool 10 mins.

2. Combine lentils, garlic, lamb, corn, mint and 1/2 cup crumbs in bowl. Form into patties using BurgerMate. Place remaining crumbs on a sheet of paper towel. Coat patties with crumbs.

3. Heat 1/2 oil in large non-stick pan, over medium heat. Cook patties for 3 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Serve patties with salad. Top with dollop of Tzatziki dip.
