Ingredients:

400 g minced beef,
1 onion, chopped.
1 packet Bacon and Onion Soup Mix,
1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs,
1 tsp Bacon Stock Powder,
1/4 cup grated cheese,
4 large flat mushrooms, stalks removed.
4 burger buns, halved and toasted.
lettuce, sliced tomato and beetroot.

Method:

Combine mince, onion and soup mix. Shape into 4 patties using BurgerMate. Cook under preheated grill for 4 minutes each side. Combine breadcrumbs, stock powder and cheese. Place mushrooms, underside down, under preheated grill for 2 minutes. Remove, turn over and sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture. Grill for a further 2 minutes. To assemble burger; top toasted bun with lettuce leaves, patty, tomato, beetroot and stuffed mushroom. Dress with mayonnaise or tomato sauce if desired. Top with remaining bun half.
