Ingredients:

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef,
3/4 cup quick or old fashioned oatmeal, uncooked.
1/2 cup onion or green bell pepper, chopped.
1/3 cup ketchup, tomato sauce, beer, burgundy wine or milk.
1 egg,
seasoned salt,
4 hamburger buns.


Instructions:

Turn on broiler. Combine all ingredients, except buns, in a bowl. Season with seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Shape into patties using BurgerMate. Broil about 5 inches from heat 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked throughout. Serve on hamburger buns.
