Ingredients:

1 1/3 lbs lean ground beef formed into patties using BurgerMate,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Fresh lettuce leaves,
3-4 large firm tomatoes, sliced.
4 freshly toasted split hamburger buns,
Tomato sauce.

Method:

Season the patties with salt and pepper. Lightly oil a moderately hot barbecue and grill the hamburger patties for 5 -6 minutes per side. Layer the bottom half of the toasted bun with lettuce and tomato, place a patty on top, and add a spoon of tomato sauce. Top with the other half of the hamburger bun and serve.
