Ingredient:

Burgers:

1 pound lean ground beef,
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs,
2 -3 tablespoons Heinz chili sauce,
1 tablespoon Heinz Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper,
4 (1 inch) squares cheddar cheese, about 1/4 inch thick.

Basting Sauce:

1/2 cup Heinz ketchup,
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion,
2 tablespoons horseradish,
2 tablespoons Heinz Worcestershire sauce.

Preparation Instructions:

Combine burger ingredients, except cheese; shape mixture into 3 patties using BurgerMate, encasing cheese in centre. Combine sauce ingredients. BBQ over medium heat; basting and turning until meat is cooked thoroughly, about 15 minutes. Makes 3 servings.
