Ingredients:

600g lamb mince,
3 shallots, trimmed, sliced.
3 tbs chopped fresh coriander,
3 tbs chopped fresh mint,
4 soy and linseed bread rolls, halved (or any grain bread of your choice).
30g snow pea sprouts,
2 small carrots, peeled, coarsely grated.
2 small beetroot, trimmed, peeled, coarsely grated.
Tzatziki, to serve.

Directions:

1) Place the mince, shallots, coriander and mint in a bowl. Use your hands to combine . Divide into 4 portions. Shape each portion into a patty using BurgerMate.

2) Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Toast the cut side of the rolls.

3) Top the base of the rolls with the snow pea sprouts, grated carrot and beetroot. Place a patty on top and add a dollop of tzatziki. Place bun lid on top to serve.
