Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, 1 package Brown Gravy Mix, 1 tablespoon Minced Onions, 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, 4 hamburger rolls, lettuce and tomato, to garnish (optional). Directions: 1. Combine ground beef, gravy mix and seasonings in a bowl. Mix well. Shape into 4 patties using BurgerMate. 2. Broil or grill 5-6 minutes per side until done, with an internal temperature of 160° F. Serve on a roll with lettuce and tomato. |
