Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb Good quality minced beef,
1/4 Cup Guinness draught beer,
2 Tsp Dry mustard (I used English mustard for a nice kick),
1/4 Tsp Ground ginger,
2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped.
1 Tsp sea salt,
1/2 Tsp Ground black pepper,
2 Tbsp Butter,
1/4 Cup Spring onions, finely chopped.

Directions:

1.  Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands. 

2.  Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties using BurgerMate.

3.  Grill the burgers on each side until they reach the desired level of doneness (about 3 minutes each side).
