Grilled Savory Hamburgers |

Ingredients: 1 1/3 pound lean ground beef, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon California Style Garlic Powder, Garnishes such as sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, as desired. 4 Hamburger buns. Directions: 1. Mix ground beef, onion and seasonings. Shape into 4 patties using BurgerMate. 2. Grill burgers over medium heat 8 to 12 minutes or until well done. 3. As desired, top burgers with cheese 1 minute before cooking is completed, garnish with lettuce and tomato, and serve on hamburger rolls. |
