Gourmet Beef and Grilled Vegetable Burger Submitted By: Jamie

Ingredients:

1 1/3 lbs beef mince,
2 tbls BBQ sauce,
2 onions, finely chopped.
4 cloves garlic, crushed.
2 eggs,
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs,
1 cup Continental parsley, chopped.
4 red onions, sliced.
4 zucchini, sliced lengthways.
1 red capsicum, cut into chunks.
1 yellow capsicum, cut into chunks.
4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half.
1 tbls Mayonnaise,
Mixed lettuce leaves,
4 Slices of American Cheese.

Method:

1. COMBINE the mince, BBQ sauce, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs and parsley in a bowl and form into burgers using BurgerMate.

2. HEAT some oil on a grill plate over a high heat and chargrill the vegetables.

3. SPREAD the bottom of the rolls with mayonnaise, top with lettuce, a burger, a cheese slice and grilled vegetables. Serve with chunky chips.
