Ingredients:

1/3 cup bulgur,
1 pound lean ground beef,
1/2 cup chopped watercress,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper,
3 tablespoons, Gorgonzola - crumbled.
4 hamburger buns - low calorie, split.

Directions:

In a bowl, mix bulgur with 1/2 cup warm water; let stand for 30 minutes. Preheat the broiler. Add beef, watercress, salt and pepper to plumped bulger and mix. Shape the mixture into balls and indent a hole in center, filling with cheese. Form patties using BurgerMate. Broil the patties on a lightly oiled rack until browned and cooked through (5 minutes per side). Serve on buns.
