Ingredients:

fillet 2/3 lb (300 gm) squids, 
2 onion,
fillet 7 oz (200 gm) sea perch,
3 oz (80 gm) bread,
1/2 cup milk,
1 fresh egg, breadcrumbs.
2 tbsp or crushed crackers,
2 tbsp vegetable oil,
ground black pepper & salt to taste,
2 tbsp butter.

Directions:

Boil squids in salted water 3–5 minutes, then dry and mince together with fish fillet, onions and bread, soaked in milk. Add a fresh egg, salt, pepper and stir the mass well.  Shape burgers using BurgerMate, bread them in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in preheated oil, then cook, covered, on a stovetop or in an oven until ready.  Spread the burgers with melted butter, side with fried or boiled potato.
