INGREDIENTS: 3 teaspoons red curry paste, 500g of red fish, (snapper). 1 egg beaten, pinch salt, 1 tablespoon of honey, ground pepper, chopped parsley, 3 teaspoons of fish sauce, 100g green beans, sliced. flour, for dusting. METHOD: Place all ingredients in a food processor except for the beans. Puree until smooth. Stir through the beans. Mix together, shape into patties using BurgerMate and dust with flour. Cook in pan with olive oil for 8-10 minutes. Serve with sweet chilli sauce. |
