Fish Burgers |

Ingredients: 2 c. flaked, cooked fish.
1/3 c. bread crumbs,
1/3 c. chopped celery,
1/4 c. shredded cheese,
3 tbsp. chopped onion,
2 tbsp. fine chopped dill pickle,
3 tbsp. mayonnaise,
1 tsp. mustard,
1/2 tsp. lemon juice,
1 egg, beaten. Directions: Combine fish, celery, cheese, onion, pickle, and bread crumbs. Blend together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and beaten eggs. Stir into fish mixture and form into patties using BurgerMate. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Serve on hot toasted buns. |
