Ingredients:

Bays English Muffins,
3/4 cup mayonnaise,
1 tbsp. Hoisin sauce,
Turkey Mixture [recipe follows],
12 leaves Romaine lettuce,
Napa cabbage, shredded, as needed.
12 oz. stir-fried vegetables.*

Turkey Mixture:

3 lbs ground turkey,
 3 each eggs, lightly beaten.
3 oz. onions, chopped,
3 oz. plain dried bread crumbs,
6 tablespoons prepared teriyaki marinade,
1 tablespoon salt,
1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper.

Directions:

Lightly toast muffin; spread evenly with mayonnaise. Broil or grill patty until thoroughly cooked and juices run clear (165°F.). Top bottom half of muffin with cabbage, turkey burger, and vegetables. Cover with top half of muffin. Serve immediately.

*Tip: Use frozen stir-fry vegetable mix or Stir-fry combination of carrots, celery, red pepper, mushrooms, bean sprouts, sliced water chestnuts and peapods.

Turkey Mixture:  Combine ingredients thoroughly. Shape into patties using BurgerMate. Cover; hold in refrigerator (or freezer) per order preparation.
