INGREDIENTS:

500g beef mince,
1 egg,
½ cup fresh breadcrumbs,
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese,
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning,
salt & pepper,
4 burger buns,
salad.

METHOD:

Place all ingredients in bowl and hand mix well to combine. If too sticky (like glue) add more breadcrumbs. With BurgerMate shape mince into burgers. Mould the mince mixture into balls first. Pan-fry both sides as desired. Toast buns. Place burger in buns and add desired salad.
