Easy Seafood Burgers |

Ingredients: 1 170 g tin Western Family tuna or salmon, ¼ cup celery, finely chopped. 1 green onion, finely chopped. 1/3 cup fine dry breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp Western Family sweet relish, 2 eggs, lightly beaten. pepper to taste. Directions: 1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Shape into patties using BurgerMate. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and cook patties until both sides are golden brown - about 3 minutes per side. |
