Ingredients:

2 slices bread, finely chopped.
1/4 cup finely chopped onion,
1/4 cup tomato ketchup,
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,
2 teaspoons prepared mustard,
2 teaspoons creamy horseradish,
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,
1/2 teaspoon chili powder,
1 1/3 pound 95% lean ground beef 4 hamburger buns.

Directions:

1. Preheat broiler. Combine bread, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, horseradish, garlic powder and chili powder in large bowl until well blended. Gently blend ground beef into mixture. (Do not overwork.)

2. Shape mixture into burgers using BurgerMate. Place burgers on ungreased jelly-roll pan.

3. Broil burgers 4 inches from heat source 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve on hamburger buns.
