Directions:

Boil about 4 medium potatoes.....Mash and add a little milk and butter like you would normally.... Add crab meat.... Add to your taste.... minced garlic chopped basil chopped parsley chopped green onions chopped chives Salt & Pepper to taste Bread Crumbs Oil for frying Could also put Thyme, chives or any other seasoning of your choice... Carefully mix crab mixture into the mashed potatoes.. Using your hands shape into a ball and form to a patty using your BurgerMate... Roll in bread crumbs and shake off the excess.... Cook in medium heat.... About 5 minutes each on each side or until browned...turn very carefully to cook other side.
