Ingredients:

6 oz canned crab meat,
1 cup plus ½ cup of breadcrumbs (375ml),
1 cup finely chopped green onion (250ml),
1 tsp finely chopped jalapeño (5ml),
2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise (37ml),
1/2 tsp celery salt (2.5ml),
1/2 tsp ground black pepper (2.5ml),
1 tbsp lemon zest (15ml)
Juice of 1 lemon,
1 x egg,
1 1/2 tbsp of Dijon (22ml).

Directions:

Remove the crab meat from the can and squeeze out excess liquid. Place the meat in a bowl. Add 1 cup of the bread crumbs reserving ½ a cup for later. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well until all of the ingredients are fully combined. Form the mixture into patties using BurgerMate. Coat each of the patties in reserved breadcrumbs. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before grilling. Preheat grill to 375°F/190°C. Oil the grill well. Grill the burgers for 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve with Dijonnaise, fresh sprouts and avocado.
