Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb lean minced beef,
1 egg,
1 tablespoon cake flour,
2 tablespoons HAMBURGER SPICE,
vegetable oil for frying,
4 hamburger rolls.

Method:

Combine mince, egg, flour and spice. Mix thoroughly. Form mince into 4 patties using BurgerMate. Heat a little vegetable oil in a heavy-based pan, and fry burgers 10 – 15 minutes until done. Serve hot on buttered hamburger rolls with salads and potato wedges.
