Ingredients: 1 1/3 lb. ground beef, 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese, 1 heaping tbsp Van Houtte Espresso, ground extra fine. 1 heaping tbsp chilli powder, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, ¼ c chopped green onions, 1 jalapeno pepper, small thinly sliced, seeds removed. ¼ c red or green pepper, chopped. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Directions: Mix all ingredients. Form hamburger patties using BurgerMate. Cook on the hot grill or under broiler. Makes 4 burgers. |
