Cheesy Tuna Patties |

Ingredeints: 2 6-ounce cans tuna, drained. 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon celery salt, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded. 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, 1/2 ounce. 2 tablespoons oil and/or butter. Directions: Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl; chill at least 30 minutes. Heat oil and a little butter in a large skillet on about medium heat. Shape tuna into patties using BurgerMate and place in hot oil. Fry about 3-4 minutes on each side until well-browned. Flip them very gently and brown the other side. Serve with Tartar Sauce or sauce of your choice. |
